Horrible service. Hire someone with basic manner and knowledge. The restaurant wasn't busy at the moment but the lady in cashier (dibya) were struggle to handle also not listening to what i were said.
First impression tells all. Welcomed by pretty lady at cashier in black t-shirt, she were so energetic and kind. Dine in for lunch, tried chicken briyani were truly delicating along coffee. Service crew were entertaining at all, adored the way they celebrated customer. Seems to be male senior staff in black uniform, served us in well manner and always checked on us. More love and blessings to him. We were hosted by Divya, looks rude and the tone so. She should smile often and could be even more gentle. Listen to what customer conveying rather than assume. Overall were nice thats it.
Had family dinner earlier with them. I would like to share very nice and great service especially Mr Sankar. He helped me with my baby food on a special request. Every 5 minutes he came to table and make sure everything is ok. He possess an excellent service towards customers. And respectful too. Food was great. He recommended chicken masala , and teh tarik was good. Their brownie with ice cream superb too.
Food is really good both in flavour and variety. Ambiance is pleasant and clean. However, service is not great and staff are generally not attentive. I visited this place with my family and a senior citizen. Staff saw me at the door struggling to keep door open and usher in the elderly but did not come forward to help. Both staff were chatting and looking on just a few steps from me near cashier by the entrance. No help rendered. In contrary,Mr Danapal offered great service at our table and was exceptional compared to other staff. He was attentive and prompt. Good food but service can be better. BTW, restaurant was not crowded yet at 11.15am. I ordered takeaway after meal for dishes cooked and displayed. That took a long time to be packed. Along, staff stood around near door when I had to struggle with the door and exit.
Love the ambience , food and service. I love their hospitality. Definitely their staff deserve a pay rise.About food :They have a huge variety of menu and every time every order is exceptional.Podi Idly was amazing, must if you take spicy. The other two idly are good but I loved the spicy one.Fried rice was not the usual taste, probably a bad day but I have tried many times I love it.Chilli chicken had good favours and chicken was soft.Fish and panniyaram was also on par.A must visit to satisfy your South Indian cravings.
They have a variety of dishes, like food festival each day. I like their veg options. Their south indian chef's veg dishes are pretty good. Probably the best sambar I had and crispy paper dosa. Their mutton biryani, mysore mutton was average; had a funny mutton smell and dry. Chilli chicken was not bad but naan was very thick and hard. Our favourite was their fresh lime juice in a beautiful copper pitcher. Will come back to try other dishes someday.
Excellent indian food with suprerb taste. Well served by pleasant staff. The ambience and atmosphere is well maintained, we recommend anybody with hunger for real good food to try this place😊
This restaurant serves yummy traditional food and the service is great! We ordered thosais, dum Briyani and pakoras, they were all delicious. To end it off, we also tried their filtered coffee. Will bring my friends and introduce them in the future.
Tastes good especially vegetarian cuisine both north and South Indians. Dosai varieties are must try. Chutneys and sambar tastes good compared some other restaurants in that area. Prices are really reasonable. Place is crowded during evening but service is good.
